im not sure how it works, but surely the labels may still rake in the largest percentage from live shows, tv interviews etc, unless the artist is able to somehow have a more minimal middle-man, eg one they create and control themselves? I hope he keeps his promise of that 90%. Eventually the only music with idiotically massive profits going to the labels will be karaoke puppet music (simon cowell tv). lol.

Here’s my decoding of the symbolism, choreography and lyrics:
The song starts with Robbie Williams’ own investigation of
the benefits of Megabox as a delivery channel for a musician’s art – Megabox delivers content world wide 24 hours a day. Robbie Williams is “backing” Megaupload as we all see Megaupload is written on his back with rainbow highlights (absolutely no offence). Robbie Williams will upload blue bags or “sex appeal and fame yes and music” to the sleeping man “the delayed Megabox” as he starts his journey. And then he is ON his scooter “what a few record executives have compared releasing material on the internet to” with nothing but rearview
mirrors that see an old brick wall covered in satellite dishes “he put the old delivery channel in the past”. A few fellow artist follow him. Robbie Williams can’t figure out why Megabox wouldn’t work, so he says he’s “going crazy” something the record execs said any artist would be to turn down corporate music’s delivery system. Dizzee Rascal exits his vehicle of torture, corporate music’s delivery system and gets on a scooter “Megabox”. A few fellow artist follow him too. Once word gets out of the assumed success of the “Megabox” delivery channel “Megabox” will be filled with artists that jumped ship. The street is filled with musicians on scooters. Especially the OLD artists that know how bad the deal corporate music’s delivery system is. The sleeping man “Megabox” walks down the street and passes out “out performs” the vehicle of torture “corporate music” as the police sirens fade into the past.
