This can only be right if there is a LAW banning criminal activities as names for parties. I can’t see any other lawful reason for denying them their name. Otherwise “Russian Ministry of Justice” is just full of shit. Communist shit, that is. They should sue the ministry for denying them the registration of the party, while also registering under a different name and using the PP denomination. Right?
