Yes, there are estimations, and the amount is surprisingly… ZERO.
Most of the blocked sites were of pornographic content (child porn), and some sites that were distributing copyrighted content directly (not using torrents). That’s about it… :)

All I see if the anti-piracy advocates ever actually got their way is pop culture and websites like 4chan and social networking sites would be a lot more boring, as no one would have anything to talk about. I also imagine that after an initial boost in sales from the stuff that had been hyped up for awhile, there would be a fall in sales in the more long-term as people either don’t hear about things at all, or haven’t heard enough good from them to feel that it warrants the risk of spending money on something that could be garbage.

If it wasn’t already obvious that such a 180º turn on its view on copyright by one of the biggest pirate hubs/countries in the world was just a facade for political censorship, its true colors are now showing.

But it just goes to show that copyright is, in all essence, and is only enforceable by censorship and even that is not very effective. To the point you can use it with any kind of excuse.
