It’s fun how people think that hiding the name of a tracker will give it any sort of privacy. Somewhere someone is bound to talk too much, it’s safer to have false information at your host and means to move your site quickly than rely on being unknown.

You can see how BRIEN works: Make threats, publicize them, then use that to recruit their own members.

lol.. they keep trying at Brein.. sites like Demonoid and BitHQ and others were all ‘under attack’ by Brein. They all moved but lot’s of them (at least not the previous mentioned ones) were offline forever like they hoped for.

Brein is constantly saying stuff like ‘its a victory’ and lots of other stuff but in the end they seriously lose coz their ‘problem’ isn’t solved, it just moved to another country with just as much accessibility to all of us.

We have to do something more effective. Selective buying is not very effective when there are few people. We have to politically campaign against them. Politics lies at the heart of it. Ignore politics and you will ignore everything important about it. We cannot attack these greedy people directly. Let us unite against them as a group, pool our resources together, and bid people join us. Only then can we ever effect change.

Firstly, rallies and street marches/parades are important to rally people to the cause.

Secondly, we need to create our own culture. Let us see what creative culture we can create as we take things from culture, and give it our own spin, in violation of copyright. It shall serve both as inspiration and protest.

Third, we need to campaign to get the media to be less favorable to those greedy people and more favorable to the people who stand for liberty and culture.
