Sounds like a load of bollocks to me, there are no scene rules on what codecs to use, just on what sizes the resulting media should be, so that they can be easily archived. At least do some minimal research before faking an interview.

Actually this was the work of a real scene, the issue is that too many people don’t want them around so deny the fact that they are real. As for them stating their handles… Honestly now… As many posts as I have posted here the nick An0nym0us is clearly not me but is great to use. Think really hard on this one… Using a real nick/handle will only lead people to start investigating the nick and try to find out were they are. as unruly as John’s comments are… he does make a point.
