can't wait for the hax0r community to get ahold of this one... haha what a complete fucking waste of time. all designed so markfuck could squeeze money from mega companies. this country is all about the $$, no matter what the issue is. name any activity under the sun, in america there is someone holding out a hand and making you pay for it.

birth to death and everything in between, you gotta pay for. they are just looking for a huge payday. in thier opinion, who gives a fuck what happens later down the road, they all got paid massive money (STOCK), and could give a flying fuck. look as solyndra. epic fail. not the same circumstances, but the premise is the exact same - as long as the people at the top got rich, who give a fuck about anything else?

[...] Actually, the OP is totally wrong. This technology is not going to be implemented until 2013, and it ONLY includes BitTorrent tracking. If you use torrents, you should read up on which trackers to use and how to connect. When you get flagged, they will most likely overwhelm your browser session with pop-up windows that inform you that you have broken the rules and to click to continue. You should receive two or three warnings (depending upon your ISP), after which your service would most likely be affected through throttling, stopping your connection, or making you take an online piracy class. Watching videos on youtube or facebook will not be affected. If you download files via online file storage sites, you will not be affected. If you are still concerned, use TOR or make sure you connect via VPN or proxy. https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en “Six-Strikes” BitTorrent Crackdown May Target Private Trackers | TorrentFreak [...]

RIAA/MPAA are guilty of breaking truth in advertising laws.

They sell you content, then try to retain ownership of it so they can extort more $$$ from you every time you use it.

Truth is, you can only rent or own something.
And if they can still tell you what to do, it's just a rent. Not a purchase.

Time to take these law breaking cretins to the courts & sue them bankrupt!

this 6 strikes SHIT is reported to be so flawed that even IF you don't do anything that's o called infringing that you MIGHT be flagged any way.

it also stats that ONLY the major isp's are involved. so if you got options to cut off AT&T or Comcast DO IT! or get a vpn/seedbox or protect your connection @ all coasts cause the IPA will NOT.
