I suspect that many people would be surprised by how many of those who didn’t get a second warning had actually stopped downloading pirated material. Most of the hardcore downloaders will have already taken steps not to be discovered, so it’s likely that most of those caught by this scheme are casual “offenders” for whom getting an official warning comes as a bit of a shock (as intended), and they will stop as a result.

I have received 8 from suddenlink(so much for 6 strikes). All this makes you want to do is change ISPs or get a VPN. Your ISP probably hates it more than you do. TF needs to do an article asking ISPs how they enjoy loosing customers over 6 strikes.

i couldn’t care less what “they” may or may not offer..
it’s irrelevant.

I share file sand it’s my right.. let’s not confuse and muddy the issue.

When i Google search piracy most times you know what comes up ?
Pirate Ships in Somalia etc.. issues muddled.. issues confused.

And the shelf space savings!!!

I have better things to do with the money than use it this way.
