Soundpedia is a relatively unknown community, indexing albums and videos from commercial artists (for free). The new feature allows indie artists to submit their albums to the public, without any costs. Soundpedia offers:

We included this feature in order to give Indie artists a proper and centralized outlet. Artists can sign up, upload their music, and start sharing right away. At the moment we’re still working on the payment gateway and the BitTorrent download section. This will probably be ready within a few days.
