It&#039;s not that easy. Germany will introduce new legislation, allowing IFPI et al. to access data stored by ISPs, telcos etc. for billing. ATM this data is stored together with the data retention &quot;stuff&quot;. It&#039;s unclear how that conflict will be resolved. My prediction: Zypries and other politicians opposed will bow to the &quot;technical facts&quot; (after some lamenting) and IFPI et al. will start the big hunt.
