The legendary BitTorrent site “SuprNova” will return today, courtesy of The Pirate Bay. Not surprisingly, the new and improved SuprNova has a special message to the copyright police: “You are the past and the forgotten, we are the Internet and the future”.

The new and improved SuprNova will be launched very soon. Sweet revenge, according to the title of Suprnova’s “coming soon” page. In anticipation of the (re)launch we will list some of the new features, and some things that will remain the same.

The Pirate Bay has been around for more than three years now, but it never really had an online community for people to discuss filesharing issues with fellow pirates. But now, together with the relaunch of SuprNova, they opened up a new forum at SuprBay.org.

The legendary BitTorrent site Suprnova.org will be back in action soon. Sloncek, the former owner of suprnova.org decided to donate the domain to The Pirate Bay lads, who will relaunch the site in a few days, staying true to its original design. The return of a Legend.

Suprnova.org, once the biggest and most popular BitTorrent site on the net is for sale. Suprnova went offline 19 december 2004 and returned in 2005 as a P2P news site. Currently Suprnova still has pagerank 6 generating quite a lot of traffic.

The year 2005 started without Suprnova.org. Suprnova was taken offline by it’s admin on 19 december 2004, which left a huge gap that was initially filled by Lokitorrent. It did’t take very long though. Nearly a month after Suprnova died, Lokitorrent was being sued by the MPAA.
