My statement is relevant in the sense that if you think the IRS only has a couple hundred copies of windows and ms office as their information technology infrastructure then get your hand out of your pants and pay attention to what’s going on in class!

This article only writes about 27 products and finding only 3 licenses.

This tells me that this was not an actual audit of software. 27 applications in a federal organization with over 100,000 employees?

Seems to me someone walked in the storage room for 15 minutes while watching someone in day 2 of a year long process, waiting just long enough to see what they want to see (think 4 out of 5 dentists recommend gun for their patients who chew gum.)

This story only emphasizes the truth about “lies, damn lies and statistics!”
