Top 10 Most Pirated Movies on BitTorrent

The top 10 most downloaded movies on BitTorrent, ‘Shutter Island’ tops the chart this week followed by ‘Alice In Wonderland’. ‘The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus’ completes the top three.

    Seems like there is not much being released over the past few months worth downloading . Will the studios now start complaining that piracy has caused a drop in their massive profits, even though they have only released two blockbusters (Avatar and Alice)since well before xmas.

    @oday nasser: Not everyone wants or needs 1080p BluRay rips. I certainly don’t, I only watch on my 19in PC monitor or on my 17in laptop monitor.

    Shutter Island wasn’t bad.. i didn’t like the ending tho – guess the twist at the end threw me :(

    WTF @ Legion.. now that movie sucked, the best bit out of the whole movie was the grandmother in the beginning of the film she was badass! The rest seemed ‘meh’

    Im guessing that people are downloading the Sherlock Holmes R5 more than the DVDRIP? Cause im fairly certain the dvdrip is out.. but im guessing TF is just reporting what it sees.

    Nobody said anything about BR RIP, DVDRIP is the preffered format for your type of viewing. R5 usually has pretty crappy video or audio because its 2 different sources mixed together.

    I can only hope that people get R5 or TS or screener to simply preview it.. otherwise I believe it to be simply a ‘first release’ type of scenario and most are just noobs who don’t understand the difference and think its cool to get movies incredibly fast.

    You gotta remember these days you have 99% of tards gettin online to ‘get free shit’ and have no understanding other than ‘click here and get the movie’. When its bad quality they simply chaulk it up to ‘its bootleg man’.

    All jokes aside, i’ve had a few R5′s lately where the video was surprisingly good.. the audio was almost always ‘tinny’ sounding and only 1 or 2 where the audio was actually normal oddly enough.

    That said, i still wait for DVDRip and absolutely detest CAM/TS rips and will wait untill a DVDRip is out before i even consider downloading the movie. (NOTE: I had one TS that looked and sounded like a DVDRip… Maybe it was improperly renamed?!)

    I believe you would be helping the industry by spreading their garbage movies in which people would buy or collect misleading statistics from as if they were popular due to the large amount of downloads.

    THEREFOR! If the movies are garbage, do not speak of them or even think of them! Doing so sends positive brain waves through the air into peoples minds in which they think the movie is good and wish to waste their money on it..

    People hating on R5s are ignorant themselves especially those that are also naming others as ‘noobz’. Try downloading a R5 scene release with the audio taken from a hearing impaired stereo headphone jack (the source of audio on most R5) it will be almost identical to the DVDrip.

    Yeah I have had 90 percent of R5′s that are only slightly less audio and video quality than a dvd. A few I had though the audio sux on it but its only a few days before another audio source is located and painstakingly added to the video. That “mehh” dude above is a typical example of the people who knew nothing of torrents before TPB but now consider themselves experts. If you don’t agree with there low IQ perception your a “n00b”. Spelling it with o’s instead of 0′s is a clear example of his lack of computer knowledge. In short mehh… read books and turn off your TV, your IQ may rapidly increase though I wouldn’t count on it.
