2. Why would a chemist be at an hostage abduction event? He simply could have entered the dream at a different location and awaited them at the warehouse.

Well not many can understand Inception and we better hope they don’t make the sequel even more complex like with 7 levels with 3 branches off each level while L7B3 divides into 4 additional sub-levels.
