The top 10 most downloaded movies on BitTorrent, ‘The Grey’ tops the chart this week, followed by ‘Machine Gun Preacher’. ‘The Three Musketeers’ completes the top three.

    If you hate what they are doing to the Internet then BOYCOTT THEM THIS MONTH including no movie downloads including the above Hollywood crap.

    As an extra note I have just spotted that TPB is now showing the Info Hash which is a long desired feature for me. Beyond Magnet Links this is a second method that can be used to download. Expanding on that more the Info Hash can be used to locate the same file on other networks beyond BT which can help with rare files.

    Even better no number can ever be subject to copyright. It is not even a link when you cannot click it. It is purely a number which has many possible mathematical uses and various functions.

    Then this also helps with site blocking when as long as someone manages to call up the page somehow then they have their number even if Magnet Links are being filtered out.

    Congratulations TPB you get there in the end. I often prefer Info Hash to Magnet Links being a simple Copy & Paste.

      you obviously don’t remember the exposure of the HD DVD AACS key.
      that was a number, and they made that illegal to distribute. if they really want to they will do the same with infohash’s.

        It seems I remember it better than you do.

        All a case of them trying to close the stable door after the horse had already bolted. Or more directly how net citizens can revolt if unjustly censored by DMCA law misuse.

        There was never a law to make the number owned or unlawful to spread and if anything posting the AACS key should be lawful under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

        No person can ever own a number. Two numbers can make that number. Sounds and colours can represent that number. Other people would very much want to use that number for a vast array of other uses.

      More like Drugwood.

      They want sites to filter out and remove copyrighted media which is impossible when no one knows the copyright status or if fairly used under local laws.

      Let us reverse the problem. So let us see Hollywood filter our and remove all drug users through monitoring them and tracing their expenses.

      BUSTED. Stopping drugs is like stopping infringement. You can’t do it. You have never stopped drug users. Actors and Actresses consume drugs daily and Hollywood is a foul pit of drug abuse.
