“IT’S A TRAP!!”

If anybody doesn’t want to put themselves at risk of being monitored or fined/arrested for file-sharing, then look to these top-10 lists and whatnot of what to stay away from for at least a month or 2 until it’s safer to snag.

I mean, as immediately a movie or new game or song/album comes out, I prefer to wait at least a couple months while the many prying eyes of Big Content are focused on the latest titles before I consider downloading them.

Hell, if they also monitor the amount of downloadds and youtube views and so forth, why don’t we make a statement, and go for a few months not even getting the immediate bootleg copies even? Let them know their movies suck. We have an opportunity with the next Seltzer & Friedberg  ______ Movie “movie” that’ll eventually be released. Don’t view it, don’t bootleg it, don’t even allow it to be torrented. Get the message across that those kinds of “movies” are entirely unwatchable, so much that we don’t even want to watch them for free. Hell, we’d be willing to pay to keep it out of the theaters; but then again, that might become a business model they can either abuse or refuse.

If they can pay for censorship to protect themselves, why can’t we?
