How to use them is like on my BT client BitComet there is the option Open URL which then allows you to paste in the .torrent file web address, a Magnet URI or in this case the Torrent Hash.

So just copy and paste all the numbers you want with one per line and then the BT client does the rest by searching the BT network for the Hash and then to retrieve the matching file data.
