        numbers are not illegal

        • AFriendlyDude

That’s not true. it depends on the context. The distribution of numbers can be illegal and can be the reason for a nice and long stay in prison.

        • Violated0

That one has never been proved in Court. While context is important to infringement we are talking about numbers where the Court system has already made clear no single person can own a number.

So if they can never own the number when they are public property then they never can stop anyone doing anything they want with a number.

Then look-see here when these numbers are not even links when click them all you want and nothing at all will happen. Sure they are a token that represents something else but so can be any colour, shade, sound, smell and much more. This shows that anything bad that happens is up to the home users.

This is why I love seeing these numbers posted when how far would they go to stop infringement? Trying to ban universal numbers would indeed be a new low for our planet. Even if they could shoot down the people who post these numbers then this is the Internet and thousands of people would be ready and willing to carry on that baton.

I would love to see this one get tested in Court but they are unlikely to ever do so when it would make the most shaky ground that they have ever walked on. Just maybe here we have achieved the one reality called “acceptance of the unstoppable”

posting SHA1 cannot be illegal. No matter of what input was used to create it, it is still just a big hex number, nothing more.

This article posts movie titles, this is more of a piracy than posting a hash, because hash can have nothing to do with the movie.

we were trying to download No.3. in google search this was the only returned search that did not have a removal post on the results. does this mean that the term “go kill yourself” is not considered illegal? or maybe that it is illegal, but no one can be bothered to remove any of the results because they have done exactly that, killed themselves. regardless and to cut myself short re the boredom factor setting in in such a long post No.3 is the twilight movie and some people would really appreciate a link(not me) so can you please provide the proper link and stop fucking about like you don’t take your self assumed new job seriously enough.

      thank you in advance

Lmao, chill dude. It’s a fucking Twilight movie. No one wants to see that shit but pubescent tween girls.

That would be cool. Currently you can use the “TorrentFreak Pirate Bay Link” script.

The Red Dawn remake deserves to be the least DLed movie. It is shit beyond belief.

    • Hogspace

Ha you beat me to it. Not even worth your bandwidth never mind a movie house fee.

    • Bla Blah blah

Knew it would be a horrible remake. Hell, the video game Homeland I think is better written and believable than this movie. The should have had the Chinese back in the script to make it convincing.

I don’t care because I got it for free. Deleted it in my trash bin. :)

hollywood has nothing but crappy movies now
    as i can see

  • guess who

funnily enough, i was just thinking about dling the red dawn (original) the other day after talking to a mate about must see films when we were teenagers. amazingly he’s never seen it! i have no interest in a remake, like most remakes, bar the thing and a few other notable exceptions, remakes suck arse.

it was watchable, no original and the plot was full of holes ofc, but not bad over all.

    [SPOILER CAUTION]

I must say that I was quite disappointed to see Brave win an Oscar meaning Wreck-It Ralph did not where in my opinion the judges sure messed that one up.

Sure Brave is a good movie but it is a very standard story and by no less than half way through you can already predict how this this one will play out and sure enough it did. A touching tale but nothing special.

Now Wreck-It Ralph is much more original with a solid story including many twists and turns. It is hard to predict what will happen next like with sugarland you would expect like a 10 minute diversion but it instead blooms into a whole 2nd story. The concluding tale told here may be more humble but I do believe it is nicer,

So Wreck-It Ralph you were truly robbed. I will sure be buying that movie for my nephew;s birthday.

I can’t see Argo will do as well outside of the USA. Like with the Oscars itself it is very pro-American ego boosting feel good factor. So it may not transport well but it is still an enjoyable movie,

I see Anne Hathaway won Best Supporting Actress for Les Miserables and in this case I do not doubt her golden doorstop when she did do nice acting, What concerned me here is her character role when this character was distasteful to me when after she lost her factory job she turned straight to prostitution. So much for this being her last option when they showed no attempts for her to get more respectable work. So need I say it… Cough, Whore, Cough. So she got the needed money by selling her hair then fucked a guy for money just because. [S]/L/*U*%T%

The other part of this role that bothered me is her death when she is fine one minute then next she is like “I’m feeling rather poorly. Let me lay down here and die. Thank you kind Sir for taking me home so my putrid corpse did not fall between the packing crates”. Well kind of lucky she did die on him when during the next bought of hardship she would soon be back to dockyard whoring. Hardly a way inspire a likeable character for people like me to tune into.

Last of all Paperman won an Oscar for Best Animated Short Film and it is well worth your time seeing it here…
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rqmh1GoZjnw

Quite unusual to see something so inspiring come marked Disney.

    • Manky

At what point did you realize this wasn’t your blog? Because it’s not. Also, how can you say it’s unusual to see something so inspiring from Disney after you praised Wreck-It Ralph so highly?

      • Violated0

So the Internet Police are hard at work. As the topic is about movies and Oscars then… why not? So I can type and voice an opinion but nice of you to read it.

Just maybe this weekly top 10 update could do with more detailed movie reviews than the usual “that movie sucks”

I use two different words to describe Wreck-It Ralph and Paperman because they are two very different creations.

    • UraPhake

You should do a review like this for every TF “Top 10.”

I enjoyed reading it and agree with most of your views. But I did have some differences.

I liked “Brave” just about as much as I liked “Wreck-it Ralph” they were both equal in entertainment value, so as to which one deserved an Oscar is a toss-up in my opinion. “Wreck-it Ralph” was just as predictable as “Brave,” however. In my opinion, “Turbo” was not much of a mystery because they made sure you were given plenty of hints along the way. All-in-all, both movies were pretty good. I’ll give “Wreck-it Ralph” a slight edge just for the music in it.

Thanks for the link to “Paperman” — I didn’t know about that one. It was pretty good but not “so inspiring” — it was just….sweet — in a saccharine kind of way. But it was very well crafted. The workers and the boss in the office were characterized perfectly.

      • Violated0

Well if you managed to see that Turbo twist then you must have quite some foresight when everyone expected him to be dead after the two machines were disconnected. He was also walking around as a completely different character unique to the general theme. Their “to go Turbo” simply referred to others following Turbo’s machine hopping example.

The story at this point was quite clear and they had no special need for such a twist but there it came.

    • Xplicit

Yeah, Manky, that was a big contradiction.

Side note, it’s funny how the people spends their time watching Hollywood things and they end disappointed most of the time, even though, they’re still so obsessed and want to watch them, they also hire VPNs and seedboxes in order to keep watching and downloading those things.
