Battlestar is the only good show on television right now.

2 Jun 11, 2008 at 15:24 by Anonymous

3 Jun 11, 2008 at 15:26 by kyle

5 Jun 11, 2008 at 15:29 by wtf

Why isnt Lost on the list. It has the most seeder/leechers each time it gets released, at any tracker.

6 Jun 11, 2008 at 16:20 by Anonymous

TV? Giant waste of time … uggggh!

7 Jun 11, 2008 at 16:38 by ron burgandy

so is there any way of knowing what is the ALL-TIME most downloaded series? Most likely Lost, or Battlestar… but it would be interesting to know.
Why don’t tpb have these stats available???

8 Jun 11, 2008 at 16:54 by Anonymous

To #7, Easily Top Gear.

9 Jun 11, 2008 at 18:22 by darkkosmos

wtf.. doctor who is being pirated?

10 Jun 11, 2008 at 18:24 by a

Lost won’t be on many lists because each episode is more than a week apart (usually) :P

11 Jun 11, 2008 at 18:28 by jim

Lost is over for now.

12 Jun 11, 2008 at 18:34 by Yatti

Im a huge fan of ReGenesis..

13 Jun 11, 2008 at 18:36 by Crandom

#9 – Why not? BBC iPlayer has DRM so its not coming anywhere near my pc after what Sony managed to do with its DRM.

14 Jun 11, 2008 at 18:53 by adoy

Is it me or do all those shows suck? I havnt seen a few.. but my spidey sense just tells me they blow..

15 Jun 11, 2008 at 19:37 by Concerned

Weeds starts next week so we can have a good laugh!

16 Jun 11, 2008 at 20:06 by fuzzypig

So You Think You Can Dance?! People actually go out of their way to get this onto trackers and then more strange people actually pull it down? As they say over here, “Nought as queer as folk!”

17 Jun 11, 2008 at 20:22 by duder

Is Greek a good show or something?

18 Jun 11, 2008 at 20:33 by AarrowOM

I was actually shocked that Doctor Who didn’t make the previous list. Although thinking about it, here in the US, the Sci Fi Channel is on the ball and is only a couple of weeks after the BBC in terms of premiers.

As for dancing shows, my brother (a ballroom dancer) and mom began forcing me to download them so they don’t clog up the DVR once they discovered that I was telling the truth and that you really can find anything online. Family, eh?

Ok, first ep’ of Fear Itself sucks.
just wasted 40+ minutes on a wanna be horrow flick.

23 Jun 11, 2008 at 22:36 by H22

Lost rocks…

24 Jun 12, 2008 at 06:59 by Ji

You would think poeople would just watch the Free High Quality Streaming video of Doctor Who the bbc provie on its Iplayer, guess some people just like to collect episodes (do they ever rewatch them? or is it just some new age form of hording possetions)

25 Jun 12, 2008 at 07:19 by braniacX

Lost is not on the list cause there is no new eps out now…
And most downloaded show if you counted total dls would be the daily show i reckon since it was one of the first shows to be always torrented. And it is on far more often then lost…

sigh i miss the 4400 :( At least i was surprised with how good in plain sight has been. Has a kinda of saving grace/the closer feeling to it. Not super great but in the TV drought it is something!

Ill never understand why more pilot series are aired during the summer so they can build a fan base instead of try to beat out other networks already popular shows.

How do you pirate TV? TV is free, duh!

27 Jun 12, 2008 at 13:04 by mr man sir him

These rankings are more valid than the offical ratings.
Only shows we like get downloaded.
How many shows on T.V are watched just because there is nothing else on ?

28 Jun 12, 2008 at 13:26 by Buck

Jon Stewart is the Bomb! WHEWWWW!

29 Jun 12, 2008 at 14:20 by Supreme Dalek

I will not exterminate anyone for a while whilst Doctor Who is being watched. Thank you for your support. I repeat I will not exterminate. Have a good day.

30 Jun 12, 2008 at 16:00 by D.Baggerson

Wow. What a shitty list. People have the worst taste.

31 Jun 12, 2008 at 17:17 by 亚森

who cares most popular? means the fattest fan base of idiot freaks and a few of us

32 Jun 12, 2008 at 18:09 by Hyter

I’m wondering if this is why Daily show and Colbert report are both on Hulu.com now.

33 Jun 12, 2008 at 18:13 by Lost

I’m pretty sure most downloaded of all time is Lost. Battlestar is popular but Lost appeals to a wider viewer base. Top Gear is popular but it’s only a niche so I’m pretty sure it’s not.

BSG is No1 cool, Hooghly makes it MP4 in 3 versions for HDTV, Ipod and PSP, I torrent by private tracker from him, we seed together to get faster downloads for you and you people say it sucks..you know, its done for you to enjoy, in HD, and we suck our bandwidth up for you to leech it and hopefully reseed the show, so I hate to see negative repsonses, people like Hooghly spend hours converting the show for 3 formats, I spend hours downoading to publish for 2 seeders start for all for faster downloads and this is gratitude? Come on now, its free, HD and good quality, Hooghly does LOST, Hooghly does Heroes we seed and publish it where we can…thanks for the nice responses…

Its sad when the world is watching such shitty shit. Only numbers 2 and 3 deserve to be there. I miss Lost, Heroes, The Office, Dexter, Scrubs, and It’s Always Sunny in Philedelphia. Those are the ones that should take the spots if they were still on.

But SciFi Channel crams it full of commercials, and has been known to trim a bit of content from it to fit even more ads. I’ll take Mad Martha’s torrents any day.

37 Jun 13, 2008 at 22:59 by Jpeezy

I don’t watch any shows regularly and probably won’t until Heroes comes back.

I do notice the Lost gets the most leechers and has the most seeds on all the trackers I am a member of, why is it not on the list? I thought for sure it would be number one.

Tudor’s is great can’t wait for the 3rd season

39 Jun 14, 2008 at 15:37 by Dave Mustaine

I cant belive Stargate isnt up there, between the two series SG-1 and Atlantis and the movies ive d/loaded about 68gig.

40 Jun 14, 2008 at 19:39 by Rick

#24: iPlayer claims “Sorry, this programme is only available to play in the UK.” Doctor Who picked up a lot of US fans in the 80s when it played regularly over here, and as someone else noted, SciFi is behind and makes a mess of it. (And yes, I have been known to rewatch episodes on occasion, esp with friends.)

41 Jun 16, 2008 at 11:02 by Big Kev

#12 ReGenesis is superb! The last episode of the latest series looks pretty final though – shame.

Still, for now there is Battlestar and Heroes to look forward to.

Will there be anymore House, Scrubs or Numb3rs too I wonder? The writers strike has left me a bit confused.

US TV is very good, there is not much quality UK TV at the moment, except Dr Who of course.

The Only Good Thing About This List Is There Is Only One Reality Show On It (thank god)
