Top 10 Most Pirated TV Shows on BitTorrent

Heroes is leading this week’s chart again, closely followed by Prison Break and Dexter. The Simpsons make a rare entry into the list in 10th place.
The data for the most recent TV episodes are collected by TorrentFreak from a representative sample of BitTorrent sites and is for informational and educational reference only.
Thanks to ShowInsider we now also include a list based on the total number of downloads (not only recent episodes) of all shows in the past week.

Heroes again…
i waaaant lost!
There was an abnormally large number of people on the Sarah Connor Chronicles torrent I used last night. Still seems a bit large compared to usual.. wonder why
I guess my grandkids one day will be watching The Simpsons lol it is nice to see that a show out that long still makes it in the top 10

Strange that Smallville is on the list, since they’re not going to have new episodes until sometime next year.
Fringe is great, i really love that show. Best new show of the year
Californication and Dexter are my favorites here, along with Entourage. Fringe is decent. In my opinion Heroes has not been good since season 1 completed.
If you like Heroes you should give The 4400 a shot, I’d guess that most of the source material for Heroes was ripped right from that show, and they’re both produced by the same production company. Too bad the writers strike got The 4400 canceled.
I have to admit that the two separate lists confuse me, what’s the difference between the two?

Prison Break @ number 2? that’s just wrong! It’s an awful show. First season should have wrapped it up.

I love Dexter and Top Gear, my favorite shows. Prison Break has gone downhill but i still watch it.
Dexter is best, by far.
Why is prison break there at all, its a ridiculus poorly made piece of rubbish. Seriously people the suspension of disbelief only goes so far, and could never overcome the awful acting/plot/’lets make another seies for the hell of it’. Series 1 was good but its been crap ever since, prison break = worst show on tv. Dexter rocks.
Season 4 of Prison Break is shaping up to be as good as Season 1!
