I am shocked at Heroes. It really dipped in season 2 and although it has picked up it cannot be compared to Lost which has not had a sub-standard episode for 2 seasons or so. 24 has been good this year as well. Heroes has been OK at best.

Yeah, agreed: Heroes S1 was genuinely great TV … original, insightful and “believable” (as far as if people got superpowers goes, lol) but then S2/Vol2 was slowly went downhill until it was just tripe…

…except I dont think it’s recovered all that much… the plot got a little better in vol3 but it’s still really unfocused and all over the place and not “beleivable” anymore (a senator talks down a suicide bomber … FFS). And the special effects budget appears to be extremely low: rewatch the plane crash scene from Vol.3 again, the aftermath is just weak looking.

So it’s surprising to see it at No.1, however I guess many people are like me, once they start watching something they continue to the bitter end, LOL.

Shows I’m enjoying ATM that aren’t on the Top.10:

Breaking Bad S2 (watch it from the beginning of S1 if you watch, it’s highly serialised), highly recommended.

American Dad

The Simpsons (surprising not to see this in the list)

Underbelly: A Tale of Two Cities

Skins (S3 finished last week, here’s hoping there’s more)

I’ve been one of the Family Guy downloads, the new episodes are good and bad here and there but still make me laugh like crazy.

Reaper should be up there, but the story is going… off…

Can’t believe people still watch Heroes.

This last season has no purpose, the writers ran out of ideas it seems.

I can’t help but wonder HOW TF is keeping track of the “Most Downloads – All Episodes” table. Heroes skips 1 week and drops down to number 4? Looking at the table above it, Heroes and Lost both do consistently well enough that skipping a single week shouldn’t cause them to drop at all…

One word. DollHouse. Or two words if you put the space in between them.

I agree, Eliza Dushku was right E06 was where it picked up for me. I was unsure the cuz I saw E01, and 3, but missed 2 so I waited until 6 came out then d/l them all and watched them all back to back.

It’s going to be a good show to keep an eye on, especially with a lot of others wrapping up soon.

The DMCA tracked a heroes torrent, and someone downloaded it on my school’s IP address. Now their getting their panties in a knot and sending us loads of threatening letters and wanting to bill us. Its not even against the law.
