howdy, i see lots of torrents on IsoHunt and btjunkie w/ tracker http://tracker.prq.to/announce but often can’t find that torrent on a specific website (to read the uploader’s comments or description) …. when you create/open a torrent using this tracker, but don’t upload the torrent to any website, does it appear on IsoHunt and btjunkie? if so, then it can “stay alive” without upping to a website. that also destroys the privateness (lol is that a word?) of your torrent if you wish to share it privately. am i wrong here? peace
(i know it’s kinda off-topic, but i couldn’t find a better place to ask)

there’s a new bittorrents search engine called btDig (www.btdig.com). No great alexa ranking (~7,000,000 :p), but i think this one can go far. hope it will climb the ranks of torrent sites, cos i really like this one.

Just an update for extratorrents.net, they are still having open registrations and are getting a lot of cool new movies! They have also gotten some of the more power users/posters from demonoid and The Pirate bay to join their ranks, ratios are low, and right now you can maintain your ratio by simply seeding as you download!! They are looking for people to post music, and welcome all users! Good chance to get in while registration is open!! When it gets bigger they will close the registration then it will be invites!!

torrent scan isn’t even a search engine, it just frames other torrent indexes. If you are looking for that type of search engine, you should try http://www.searchweaver.net/search.php?cat=7
instead.
But really - http://www.torrentz.com , http://www.btdig.com , http://www.btbot.com - then we are talking true search engines ;)

Ok i really need some help here guys & gals. Im fairly new to the torrent game. I can get around good & watch some cool stuff. But I got a letter in the mail from my internet provider. Ok Inside was another letter to me stating
i watched a movie on btjunkie.com. It said if i didnt respond to the letter they would assume i was guilty. And i think they threated to turn my internet
off. I e-mailed the legal department of my net provider and got no responce. I e-mailed because i live in a very sad HICK town in rural Alabama. I love bama but we have some dumb inbread assses up here. So
rather me trying to explain to “Mr.
Forrest G.{lol} i e-mailed. if anyone can tell me what i need to do
and give me a list of BAD torrent sites. BTW i havent downloaded a very popular movie scared id get popped! so dont answer me here pleze e-mail me because i might forget i put this on here. so anyone pleze help. ur friend colt

i have been using torrent sites for a few months now and have mainly been using http://www.Bitnation.com and http://www.IPtorrents.com both of which have yet to be mentioned, both have super speeds but have limited registrations so go have a look!
