I remember they closed around year or two ago last time for “some months” due some tracker raided then. Found out few months later I still had account there. I can understand the staff’s decision, I wouldnt risk my real life by running something like private tracker either. Thanks to pt staff and co-leechers/seeders for the time. Imagine situation that at the end when there’s no more torrent sites (just imagine.. it’s not gonna happen) how many of you would buy everything they download? I know I wouldnt.

Side Note: Everyone knew each other pre-internet, the “Scene” had 250-500 main players and the time to transfer files was brutal. Racing was the game.
All my group members had 3-Way calling, We talked hours upon hours with each other, we were friends. Today everyone is anti-social, It is however nice too see some of the same handles/names no matter what side of the legal fence you stand on.
