Second one has all the elements to make a super hit movie like action, chases, etc. Both releases at the same time. The movie 1 collects 1 million. The movie 2 collects 100 million. Who is violating the rights of makers of movie 1 here? Movie 2. There is no mechanism for directly sharing the wealth created in the movie Industry, with hits getting undeserved amounts of money. They re not punished, so those who share movies also cannot be punished.
