I really don’t see ‘em backing down or settling here; no, this one is indeed likely to go all the way to the land’s High Court and XS will probably be proud to do it too (it will only boost that image). How much damage BREIN will have managed to do by invoking this lower court decision with other ISPs and against other sites till then is anyone’s guess…
