The new hosts aren’t as good as the last ones… it’s apparent that they are reading the news from a script. They also see seems completely clueless and nervous. It’s almost sad how nervous they appear, stuttering words, having their hands in their pockets the whole time, and barely being able to stand up straight. I know that it’s their first time on the show, and I don’t want to be hard on them or anything, but they barely seem knowledgeable about the subjects they are speaking about. I hope that in the next episodes, the hosts at least appear more professional, as I was rather disappointed with their performances.

There was only ONE host guys, she is just dressed and speaks differently.
The new graphics look top, LOVED the titles and thought the name thing was good too.

The music background is nice, but you need to watch your levels, it’s muting the host.

hell, you could use two hosts and run it as a conversation instead of a monologue.
rubbish…I have seen people at public speaking class do a better job. How can you be nervous without a live audience? Next time use someone with more talent, and brains. The speed of her reading is sad, kinda like a 12 yr old, maybe worse.
She reads too slow. The previous girl had a funky inflection in her speech but this one sounds SUPER scripted. Its just overkill read off a card.

I’m sorry, but Stacia’s deliver is terrible. The only part of the entire video that seems natural is the part with the cream cheese. All the rest sounds like she’s reading off cue cards with no practice.
The host of a news show should be familiar with the stories ahead of time and should be able to sound natural, like she’s talking about her favorite band, or what she had for breakfast.
I was expecting them to strip by the way the video was going.

It would be nice if the host reads what she’s gonna say before, and then just speak naturally, having some cue cards just for backup.

Yea, the prompter reading was a little obvious… also, the ’speed tips’ were kind of unnecessary. Otherwise, pretty good though the news was a bit dated.
Great show but the hosts seem a bit camera shy and you girls need to get better microphones, the audio is not so good.

I think the intro might be a bit too long, it’s seems kinda wasteful to make it longer than 10 seconds or so.
And, well, while Stacia did some nice field interviews, a while ago she doesn’t seem to be an improvement as a host from Ashley, hope it’s not all those negative comments that discouraged her from hosting the show. IMHO, the best host performance so far was in the long forgotten episode 1 as it was the most natural one… In the end, having both ladies sharing time and doing what they do best would probably be the best option (after all, I liked the ‘Stacy’ part quite a bit…).

Why do you name all these episodes completely different? Besides the fact that some of the torrents are named wrong, the dirs in them are wrong too. But especially file naming sucks extremely:

I don’t want to break this episode. But every time when the hosts are playing with their fingers, and etc, I thought: damn, get a chair or sit on a table, so you look less nervous then you get filmed.

I’m sorry… but once Stacia hit the screen and started talking I had to stop playing it. Her acting like she was an extremely pathetic dumb blond who was about to take her cloths off at any min. and start pleasuring her self was rather annoying not to mention completely pointless. I want to hear about torrent/file sharing news… cut the shit please.

I enjoy TorrentFreak very much, however, this girl is the WORST host I’ve ever witnessed. She can not even read fluently. I was actually laughing at her stumble over her words.

I think you should get someone who can actually read well. The way this chick reads the news makes it seem like she doesn’t really know how to read.
If you opened a restaurant would you hire a chef who couldn’t cook, or a dishwasher who didn’t know how to wash a plate, NO, you wouldn’t because your restaurant would fail.
Why anyone at TorrentFreak would think it was a good idea let these girls host a show and represent their site is beyond me.

The intro is beautiful, however the new host definitely needs to get more comfortable with the camera. She sounds a bit stuttery, hopefully with a bit of time she will gain more confidence.

i lol’d when i saw the list of private trackers there just as bad as pirate bay real slow pre’s and stupid wait times especially on torrentleech aka pay2leech. the owner is a dick on that site.

Did she just get forced into this at the last second? She seems nervous, unprepared and listless. Please hands out the pockets or at least cut the camera in closer so we can see it. Get her notes off crappy cue cards and brief her on the news beforehand. Give her the bullet points on a sheet of paper so she has something to do with her hands. Biggest problem is the frequent pauses as she’s speaking and wooden like speech. All is most likely due to being unfamiliar with what shes supposed to say and waiting for cue cards to change.

#3, couldn’t agree more. can’t believe how popular that movie got, it was sooo boring. can’t wait for star trek to come out in may and kick some serious slumdog and watchmen @$$! it’s easily going to be the best movie of the year, if not the best of all time! T-minus 2 months!

You’ve had two months to get your lines right, its not hard to make a presentation without fucking up your words, and yes, it makes it look much more professional if the whole thing doesn’t look terribly scripted.
I didnt realise how many perfectionists their are in this world! I thought it was informitive enough for what it was. Mayb most people know about the tips??? Well I didnt, and Im sure theirs others.
