I noticed the sounds, including some drum-hits, and computer animation and switcher effects, as well as the moving lilac-coloured background (fading in from the TF logo animation), which compliments the other apparent secondary colours of Stacia’s green eyes(?) and the orange of her tank-top.

what a boy needs to do to get out with a girl like you?

there’s so much to do to get the ball rolling – as in setting up a green screen, shooting, lighting, editing, gathering stills, producing intros, segments, credits, recording the audio, and writing the content – give this poor girl and the rest of the crew a break.

its not as if they are even getting paid to produce this. so unless you can contribute something to the show to make it better, or have some positive critical points to make, then shut yer yappers.

i personally think that although this show is not perfect, its a damned good attempt at creating a supplementary element to the website. its somewhat entertaining, and i do not mind taking 5 or 6 minutes out of my day every 2 weeks to sit back and see the show develop. keep it up guys and good work. i fully support ya.

This episode there was maybe one spot where she delivered lines a little coldly. who the fuck cares? it’s not like she’s a news anchor that has been doing this for years, it takes time and a lot of practice to get comfortable with this stuff. Plus I don’t imagine they do very many takes due to time and budget constraints.

if you don’t like it don’t watch it and stfu.

Unfortunately, I’m still having intermittent problems with audio/video on my Ubuntu/Firefox system. Oh well…

Anyway, I often prefer “low-budget” or “community/student/small-organization-style/driven” stuff over the dying (for me at least) “corporate media TV news”, which can be too “perfect” or regurgitative (i.e., same news-pieces on all channels) and/or at least, stylistically-emulative, that it’s boring on some levels. I like some originality, creativity, fun, informality, quirkiness, “anything goes”, etcetera, with my New Mainstream Media, which has become anyone who wants to do it– people like you and me. :)

I don’t expect a highly trained newsreader, but come on. She must be blowing the right person to keep this job.

I hope that the German Pirate Party don’t used that video clip at the end as an ad for voting. If it is, then I know the reason why the German PP don’t have enough votes for a seat :\/
However, the clip makes me smile :D

But… I guess someone down the line said, hey if it is a TV show – better have a pretty girl in a skirt reading all those headlines.
