i’m sure the main characters in 300 probbably did do the work to get all ripped up like that, shit, pay me a cool million and I’d be looking like that in no time flat. They have special excersizes you can do to look like that, lemme tell you from first hand experiance, that shit burns while you do it, makes you you fell like you have knots in your stomach after wards, and leaves you sore the next day….. but if it makes her more willing to do dirty things to you, then its all worth it i say, heh. - CJ
