TorrentRelay in no way has any form of search engine to it, the torrents that get used there are entirely up to you, the downloader. TorrentRelay is no different than any other client out there, Azureus (Vuze), uTorrent, BitTorrent etc... Its not up to the client to decide what gets downloaded and what doesn't. Believe me, I’m not slamming the site, I love the idea of it.
