Might have got away with it if they had worded the item in the Play store differently and used screenshots that only showed plugins with legal uses. Still sad that this can be taken down so easy.

It’s basically just a fork of xbmc with some addon’s pre’installed anyway. Can still get the apk from their site or compile your own from source or even fork and modify: https://github.com/tvaddonsag/tva-xbmc

Backed up the apk and source code, so this copy will always be available somewhere ;-)

are you suggesting retroactive legislation? 99.9% of the world’s population would be fucked if that applied for jurisprudence merit. prison system in the states would love that reality, which doesn’t mean the cult isn’t frothing at the mouth themselves to make that kind of trolling legitimate.

meanwhile, the statute of limitations for these kinds of trolling bear traps that’s on the books is 3 years. they can log all they want or develop any proprietary patent they can to snare their extortion marks. the fact is, we exhausted IvP4 for a reason…good luck.

You got to love the innocence of old cases.

Linking to another site is not unlawful. The MAFIAA sure did propaganda that one hard including all the shit they toss at Google. That was the old days when owners of lawful sites never had to hide until they were constantly persecuted.

In a nutshell and to coin a familiar phrase, the site was deemed a mere conduit of information.

Now you know why they like to avoid court trials after cases against OiNK, FileSoup and TV-Links all failed to obtain a conviction. The Police are usually wise enough to avoid repeat cases but this points out why it is very true to say that the PiPCU are law avoiding censorship police.

Easy enough to just sideload XBMc/Kodi then use the config over ont he site to manually set it up.

XBMC is awesome software but the third party addons can break if sites change their layout and stuff due to how the scripts scrape data from the site. So not a fault with XBMC but can be annoying if the addon creator takes their time to update the script for site changes.

Use a few of the plugins in the app already, on xbmc/kodi(raspbmc/openelec) on the raspberry pi. This app would be nice if you don’t already have this kind of setup though, just add an OTG cable and connect it to the tv.

Be aware that some of those plugins like p2p streams/acestreams might be an issue if you are in some countries as it uses torrent like connections. The sports devil plugin possibly calls those p2p plugins too depending on what you choose to watch too.
