If the filters are active by default for everyone, doesn’t that make it an opt-out, not opt-in, to get them turned off? Opt-In would mean I have to call my ISP to get them to activate the filter on my account. Opt-Out would be I have to call to get it deactivated…

I DO NOT STATE PERSONAL NAMES UNLESS THERE IS PROOF LIKE A LETTER FROM A GOVT OFFICIAL SAYING SO AND SO DID OR SAID WHAT, ETC. It was on advice of counsel I got online to fight back against all the rumors and gossip spewed out in error of the facts of things and did so in the interest of fairness to present my side, U is another nation that has had a lot of the same govt contracting occur and by the same companies acting very ‘UNETHICALLY.’ P.S> NO porn at all. even the pictures on Flickr has relatives fully clothed. I do not want it near my sites. and some have wanted to be my face book friend and I say: put on some clothes and speak of non porn things and then I will be your friend. I wish the internet had gone to some voluntary self ratings like the movies and TV does at the beginning, then we wouldn’t have govt nosing around using that as an excuse? I do not mind ads along the side as it lets us have free speech that does not cost us. But would like to be able to say no porn please.
