In some cases, perhaps those who were wrongfully targeted in a suit may have a counter suit available to them. If a hungry lawyer or two found a class—a group of the wrongly accused—they could file a counter suit in behalf of the class for compensatory and punitive damages against these so-called copyright enforcers, and bankrupt the sons of bitches. Certainly some members of this class spent some cash perhaps consulting a lawyer in a dismissed/dropped suit, and they should demand the plaintiff pay through the nose
