The problem is that the judge more or less said, name your defendants or GTFO… Only a handful of cases have gone to court and are in a horrible state of limbo as USCG try to actually make a case. And those only went to court because the defendants pushed them to court with help from lawyers from organizations like the EFF.

They need to set examples. We’ll see huge fines being claimed and even given at some point. If they are smart they’ll avoid teenies and moms, I’d say we’ll see 2 or 3 guys in their 30′s having their lives completely destroyed by the copywrong morons.

Looks like several local states cases were filed. I search google
Colorado 1:11-cv-00346 with hearing date set.
