U forgot 1 important fact- USA has the highest number people in prison per 100.000 inhabitants =170. The average number for the rest of the civilised world is 150 except China, North Korea etc (where nobody knows how many they actually have) It’s no wonder when there are private jails in the US where people work for 20cents/hour….it’s a great business to lock people up behind the bars. Well and somebody said the slavery has been abolished in the US….. :o) and that US protect privacy and a everybody can get a fair trial…… U got be kidding me!

OK, I’m just a bit confused here.. if I understand this correctly, the law firm they are objecting to, has previously defended , successfully, the same people that are now testifying AGAINST Megaupload.. in other words, Kim has hired the very worst person to defend his case, he could have ever found, IF this firm were actually applying any previous experience and influence..
In other words, the “conflict of interest” , to the extent it exists, would be DAMAGING for the defense , and ADVANTAGEOUS for the prosecution..
Only a brain dead American prosecutor would file a “conflict of interest ” motion under these circumstances
..are american officials really that stupid? Good god i think they are.. Unbelievable
