It would be awesome if this somehow made him realize the importance of freedom on the internet and how bad things can get when other interests are put above it.

He could use this as a chance to add a new “freedom on the internet” component to his campaign, get the young voters, the fans of freedom and the technology enthusiasts.
It could lead to a new direction for America, a direction of real change.
America could be respected as a freedom loving country once again, and boy does America needs to get some respect back these days.

Any politician with enough influence could do those things if he was willing to make a stand against the MAFIAA.
The president of the united states doesn’t have to be a puppet of hollywood and the labels.
