Thats an extradition request for a young lad who has comitted no crime under UK Law which is a completely different thing from shutting down EU/UK based websites on the say so of the DOJ who have no authority in the UK/EU.

There is no point at killing the law for these companies, at least not in the Senate.

Wait until their billion-dollar legal teams get to rip into SOPA logically in front of a judge. That will be a far cheaper way for them to get this law to go away.

SOPA appears to be doomed: there is wide opposition to it, and one of those who has come out and said it is a bad idea is Nancy Pelosi. She has said on her Twitter feed that “we need to find a better solution than SOPA.”
