Well, jackass, if I have 4 torrents going, and set the global upload cap to 40, my downstream turns to crap and I don’t see half the speeds I should.

If instead, I have all 4 torrents going, capping each individual torrent to 10, 10 x 4 = 40 I should see similar results. I don’t, I seen my downloads max out at my bw cap from the isp.

Actually, setting a global cap for uploads higher than 50% of my upstream instantly halfs my down speeds, somewhere around 1.6 I noticed this and switched to setting caps on a torrent by torrent basis and using the seeding ratio page to ensure proper sharing.

Also, when I clean junk files from my system with Windows 7 Manager, Tixati creates an estimated 30% of the junk files that uTorrent does to create the downloaded file. Anybody care to back me up on this?
