All i see is a crystal clear double standard. one situation = jail time and another even more popular is effectively ignored.

We need to have logic applied and laws created and used fairly and not as a tool for the MAFIAA. If company A is a criminal then company B doing the same damn thing better be too ! Of course it not and we all know it.

Its one thing to fuck with people and their ability to have fun file sharing but when you terrorize the public and victimize people for no god reason then look out !
