If I buy a Dummies book, read it and pass it to 5 other people and they read it, what’s the difference??? Or I sell it at my garage sale for a quarter? They are still loosing the sales. Been happening for many years. I think Wiley needs to get a grip!!!

I was actually thinking about the eventual legal contests if they instituted the graduated response program. User who is denied Internet access could contend that the infringing action wasn’t there’s and so on. I doubt the ISPs want now be the ones taken to court by their users.

We don’t know how to feel. Maybe somewhat positive though. I did not hear about their stepping up for customers earlier, except now.. Is it because these are Dummies without organization like MPAA or MAFIAA (mobster tone) behind them. Or maybe the recent ruling by a New York judge Gary R. Brown give them some stands?

Anyway if they are going this way, Go Verizon!
