Video: TVShack Admin Continues US Extradition Battle
As previously reported, the former administrator of the UK-based video links site TVShack is continuing with his fight against extradition to the United States.
Fortunately for Richard he has amazing support from his mother Julia. This week she sent TorrentFreak one of her regular case updates.
“Richard was at court Thursday to argue ‘linking’ is not a crime in the UK,” Julia told us. “It went pretty well with both judge and prosecution conceding the argument was a strong one.”
There is a lot more work to do though, and all parties will be back in court November 22nd for further debate.
