It kinda amazes me that all of you are bashing this guy rather than praising him, and all because of his political views. Seriously? If he really was part of the scene shouldn’t we be supporting him? I mean seriously wtf is wrong with you idiots. I thought that communities like this were based off a common ground of piracy, yet here we see that the social divide comes directly from political affiliation. Why? That’s f***in retarded. I don’t agree with his political views, but I do think that the RAW article was an obvious case of the biased author (a democratic politician in San Diego) throwing feces at the other party.

Also, people seem to look past the fact that the 100+ cracks listed on CSDB were technically not illegal at the time, as there were no laws preventing “private” software piracy (i.e. the cracked games being traded without money involved) in Sweden at the time.
