Warner Brothers goes p2p
Written by Ernesto on November 14, 2005Warner Brothers is offering a new service in the near future. They are preparing to set up an p2p service to download a bunch of classic TV shows.
There will be more than 4800 episodes available, for free. Every episode will contain a 1 or 2 minute commercial.
Sounds great. Finally the bigshots are experimenting with p2p technology. It is just a matter of time before all new tv shows will be online (legally).

I think it’s a great step forward and will make more content available that is not available via regular torrent sites (ie. old t.v. shows that you normally wouldn’t find anywhere, even on DVD releases).
Good for you Warner Brothers! You are a pioneer in this industry and will likely reap the rewards of being in the lead.
