No, you set out a contract that clearly states what belongs to the company, and what the employer’s obligations are.
The reason why shit like this keeps happening is that if you’re operating in a legal grey area, you’ll only get employees that aren’t bothered much by employment contracts either. And they probably know that the employer would not want to draw the attention of the legal system on themselves by suing an ex-employee in breach of contract.

Nope, not even similar. that .eu site is a malware site now with none of the links that the .ch has; because the .ch site is the real one. The fake one has a link for the eps that go to http://ads.integral-marketing.com/client/im/ff2.html?n=1856;c=708;s=229;d=15;w=1;h=1.

Avoid watchserieshd.eu at all costs; especially since all the shows weren’t HD anyway.

Whomever was maintaining the site prior to the hijacking is the real owner no matter who says otherwise. The original .eu had made a facebook page before they got hijacked and made a post referencing the old .eu address. The same facebook made another post telling everybody about the hijacking and mentioned the .ch address.

That’s why the real admin of the site said it’s easy to spot the fake. First off, what kind of site owner doesn’t know anything about how the site works and hands over everything to another party? None. Second, what kind of site owner would put his business name out there and attach it to “scene” downloads? It’s stupid and a liability. Come one guys… You’re smarter than this!!!
