I am on What.cd and i feel the site sucks. Rude bunch of staff and nothing is well seeded and keeping a ratio on there is fat too hard for new users now.

STMusic is by far better not as good content but it’s improving everyday.

STMusic is the best of the 3

Any Waffles or What.cd invites left. I have over 300gb’s of music to contribute and my Oink ratio was always well above 1.5 (Power User Status). If Waffles and What.cd are anything like Oink…… I also have 10-20 Guitar Instruction Video’s I can up. Anyways, It may have been luck but I got an Oink invite the day after hearing about it and Waffles….. I’ve been trying to get a Waffles invite for nearly a month with no luck. I mean it when I say “Any help here would be greatly appreciated.” Please help make my internet fun again…

So I will be upfront and honest, no I was never a member of oink, but I have uploaded over 290G of music and such. I have around 100G of music to share and some of the music I am trying to get is only on waffles. I have a ratio above 1 its around 1.4. and I always let albums stay on longer. All I am asking for is a little help.

I also must reduce myself to asking for invites on a comment list. I had and loved oink for about 6 mo. before it all came to an end. i don’t have any ss’s or anything to prove otherwise, but i did maintain a ratio at .9 consistently and cannot find another way. my only friend, and the one who invited me to oink killed himself back in jan. so i can’t really be expecting anything from him, huh. sucks… if i can get some help i’d be grateful!

Being an Oink refugee is hard.

The absence of shelter has condemned me to wander the plains of the unsought “public tracker.” My journey has only allowed me to ascertain that these “public trackers” are unable to provide the same quality of life that I once enjoyed at Oink. Resembling an online version of the city of Catchfools, these public sites harbor freeloaders and users that are intentionally out to harm others; sites like these lack a sense of community.

I wont bother disclosing my ratio nor how many gigs I uploaded during my time at Oink seeing that this information cannot be verified. I do however request that those of you with waffles.fm invites consider sending one to your fellow Oink brethren (me). I have tried everything to get an waffles.fm invite (ie sending screen shots of my Oink torrents and Oink emails, irc, ect.) yet my efforts have been unsuccessful. In these days post 10/23/07 its natural to feel hesitant when sending an invite to a complete stranger, but I ask that you put personal vanity, apprehension, or whatever else aside and allow a fellow Oink refugee to come home.

My search has left me exhausted yet my willingness remains. Any help is greatly appreciated.
