Any trackerless torrent could be re-tracked automatically by its Bittorent client to any working public tracker.as long as the other Bittorrent clients do the same, i.e. converge to the new working tracker. On the other hand, are the remaining online trackers willing or able to take on the load transfered from the down trackers? This might be the only key issue to settle regarding your proposal. ]]></description>
