That’s not zSHARE, it’s some guys who try to profit from the fact that the real zSHARE is gone and people are still looking for it.

Most likely at some point they will try to get your credit card info or something.

Different datacenter, different location, the design is different (looks like it was put it in a matter of seconds to make a fake version of the site to gain traffic).

Most likely, no. The services will argue that you aren’t technically buying the product, just a license to download/listen to/watch it. As such, there’s no refund on licenses.

Cyber lockers are too big & bulky to get any closer to the edge. They had a free ride for a while, but unlike a torrent site, a CL can operate profitably without the need for pirated content. It’s no surprise they’re all going legit. I can’t help but wonder how they lasted so long in the first place.

The ring seems to be closing around a community who just want to share stuff they think is cool and try movies and music out before they go buy it.

Here’s a good question if anyone can answer it:

If you buy an albums off itunes and then dislike it, can you ‘return’ it and get your money back?

Likewise if, on a paid service you watch 3/4s of a film advertised as being “thrill a minute”, only to find you’ve not been thrilled once in an hour, can you in anyway claim your money back?

My gut instinct says in both cases you pay your money you take your chances with no hope of being reimbursed if the product you spent your hard earned money on is less than you were led to believe it might be.
As I’d go deaf before getting itunes and found netflix etc be a pile of over priced shite, I’ve no idea to the answers. Anyone know?

nah they already went after torrent sites and continue to do so, they just shifted their focus to cyberlockers and many of them caved in just like mafia wanted. That is truly pathetic. If you don’t resist 1984, and do things to stop it, it will be here. Those who sold out didn’t do nothing to help anyone but themselves.
