Hm. Let’s see. BREIN (I’ve never even heard of them til now) is backed by Hollywood. They have an operating budget of a few million dollars a year for litigation, give or take. The payment processors rake in hundreds of millions of dollars in pure profits a week, all watch out for each other, and are best friends with the most ruthless and powerful people in the world. Seems to me like this will work out well for BREIN.

Hmm.. what is stopping a site from having a new bitcoin address every few donations? Anyone following the block chain wouldnt be able to sort that from the usual noise of transactions.
