But Here’s the interesting thing, a couple of months later I get another letter from a company called Goldeneye International (Not A Solicitor I add, and don’t really need to respond but have basically asking for their proof)looking for £750 for downloading some Porn Film.

Now I’m a BSkyB Customer, and they confirmed that they only released my details to GM on a Court Order.

Again on advice I am now writing for full disclosure of how and what information they hold on me.

Would be good to hear if naybody has been contacted by this Golden Eye International….

If you only admitted your infringement over the phone ignore them completely! If you admitted in writing write back once ONLY and say that you were “under duress” because of their blackmailing tactics and did not mean to admit to anything they suggest. You personally never downloaded illegal material, although others using or spoofing your IP address might have.
