Nice case example of the public being fed up with this bullshit. Exposing harassing and kicking the bastards to a forced hearing. Too bad indeed that they seem to only care about the good name of the companies instead of the people. Ruin my life, see what i'll do to someone you love.

F*cking great...

I think the record companies scam of frightening parents of teenagers who may have downloaded a few tracks into paying hundreds of £££ is over.

Time these sicko coke-snorting, expenses-squandering, overpaid record company executives found out what REAL life is like, by signing up at hheir nearest JobCentre!

While thousands of people across the US were being sued the following RECORDED CONVERSATION was reported to RIAA and the FBI and it was ignored.

A high ranking NC police officer was talking about downloading music for free. He named the name Kazaa which appeared in numerous news articles. He talked about how the songs were arranged in groupls and you choose and just click and get the songs. He said it was the thing to do everybody was doing it. He bet his daughters had downloaded a THOUSAND SONGS on his computer. He said he had to get a new computer his old one FILLED UP WITH MEMORY. He laughed and said he hoped the federal government did not come in and investigate him.

Shortly after the conversation we began reading news articles people being sued. The RIAA the FBI and other anti piracy organizations were calling piracy a crime of stealing and calling these people thieves. The RIAA and FBI Websites both encourage people to report piracy. The FBI Anti Piracy Warning says they investigate piracy.
We reported this conversation at that time. It was completely ignored. A few months ago we were still reading articles people being sued. Two stood out Jammie Thomas and Joel Tennenbaum who were ordered to pay outrageous monetary amounts. Somewhat angry and feeling it unfair to sue people and ignore a conversation such as this we began reporting this again to the RIAA the FBI the PD and others. It continues to be ignored as others continue to be sued.
If piracy is a crime as these organizations claim shouldn't this conversation be investigate to see where the thousand song the officer talks about came from, who the everybody is he speaks of and if he or his daughters may have committed what they are calling a crime. This is a law enforcement officer it's his own words and they are recorded.
