These massive web hosts have so many customers that they can’t possibly provide decent support to all of them. Your continued custom is also less important to them, what’s one less customer out of thousands. I found this out through experience.

Go on webhostingtalk, or any large hosting forum and look under offers. If you see a good one, do a search and check other users feedback. You should be able to find a good little host this way.
