Information. It is a beautiful thing. Especially when it is flowing like "Spice" from the minds of the average joe's and jane's. The over-bloated record industry is due to pop. We may not see it for a while but eventually, hopefully, the general populace will become tired of this over-saturation of bubble-gum sugar-coated hip-rock-pop stars and thier unoriganal garbage. Everyone has thier own tastes and preferences and that is a good thing. The crap I am refering to is what a 78 year old man who lives, breathes, and IS, the Multi-Million dollar lifestyle tells me and the rest of the "public" what good new music is. Let em burn. I was one of the 100,000 metallica fans sent the cease and desist order in the origanal Napster suit. Why do they need to milk the public for their privilage to entertain me?? I have spent a lot more money than a sane person should on cd's, dvd's, even records!! Not to mention the $35 to $100 ticket prices for live shows. These are entertainers... why do they have more of my money than even the federal government... I am a musician. I am a fan. I no longer feel the need to support multi-millionare's while I struggle to pay the rent. I hope at least one person can relate.
